Mezel offers payment by credit card on its fully secure website, which does not store your information.
The credit cards accepted for online payment are:

You can also choose to pay with PayPal.
We're delighted that you love the fragrances. We will have physical retail locations very soon, but in the meantime, to ensure a worry-free experience, your order will come with a sample of the selected fragrance, allowing you to test it before opening the full bottle.

A confirmation with your order number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is processed.
Your package will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after your order is confirmed. If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, your products will be shipped within the next two business days.
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 4 working days from the shipping date.
- European countries: 4 working days (minimum indicative time) from the shipping date.
- Rest of the world: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 20 days, depending on your location. This timeframe will be refined as you track your order.

All our fragrances are unisex and not gendered. Explore them with an open mind and find the one that suits you!

RETURNS
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your Mezel products. You can return unwanted products if they are unopened and meet the return conditions, then place a new order on Mezelparfums.com.
We are sorry that our products did not meet your full satisfaction.
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you can return your product within 14 days of receipt by informing us via email at contact@mezelparfums.com.
