Refund policy

Products subject to the buyer's right of withdrawal must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date the buyer notifies the seller of their decision to withdraw.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, instructions, etc.) to allow them to be resold as new, and must include the purchase invoice.

Products that are damaged, soiled, or incomplete will not be accepted.

Only return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

SGJ COSMETICS reserves the right to delay the refund until the products have been received and verified.

We do not offer refunds, even partial, if the product was received as a gift.
