At MEZEL, the intention was never to recreate its scent. It was to give it a different destiny.

Under the guidance of perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui, the juicy freshness of watermelon meets orris, one of perfumery's most noble ingredients and sourced in Morocco. Gradually, the fruit changes texture. Its rind becomes supple, almost tactile. Its brightness grows softer. More refined.

Cuir de Pastèque was born from this metamorphosis: the story of a familiar ingredient revealing an unexpected side of itself.
