THE FOUNDER
French-Moroccan Sophia Gyé-Jacquot built her career in luxury perfumery, working with prestigious houses in Paris and London. For nearly a decade, she supported fragrance creation, from initial concept to international market launch.
With MEZEL, she gives personal expression to her dual heritage. The exceptional raw materials, rich rituals, and creative spirit of French and Moroccan cultures nourish her vision: turning her roots into a source of freedom to explore new olfactory territories.

THE BOTTLE
The bottle takes inspiration from the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, where Moroccan craftsmanship meets the vision of a French architect. Its lines evoke the dialogue between MEZEL’s twin cultures. On the label, golden threads extend this bond, honoring the artisan's artistry.
